Luminarc belongs to Arc, an international group based at Arques that describes a worldwide manufacturing presence and 6,100 employees making more than three million items a day. Arc's Origine France Garantie certification covers a single range, which the company does not identify publicly — so there is no way to tell from a given piece whether it was made in France.
